In this M.O.V.E.! course, you’ll be coached to develop and work towards your athletic goals with a proven methodology Cathy has used for over 2 decades with Olympians, National Team athletes, Division 1 college athletes, and recreational athletes of all types.
Cathy’s M.O.V.E.! program is a practical way to realize your dreams and goals. It guides you step by step in the process, taking your outside commitments such as family, jobs, and other interests into account. Importantly, it takes setbacks into consideration, which let’s face it, we all have, and teaches you how to approach them and learn from them with humor and joy! What’s more, the process you learn with M.O.V.E.! is transferrable into other areas of your life, helping you reach new personal and professional goals in addition to the physical ones. In this 6 week course, Cathy will guide you through setting, committing to, and accomplishing your intentional goal through a series of inspiring weekly calls, a closed Facebook group for communal support and encouragement, and your very own M.O.V.E.! Workbook for tracking your goals and progress.
